We only enrol families from our Waitpool. Once you join the waitpool, our team will know to actively seek a place for your family. The sooner you join the waitpool, the more settled you will feel and the earlier we can start reviewing your application.

A non-refundable application fee of $250 per child is payable at this time.
Note: The successful lodgement of an Application for Admission, with the accompanying application fee, does not guarantee enrolment at Hunter Valley Grammar School. Enrolment is subject to our enrolment process, vacancies and our Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.

Please complete our online Application for Admission to join the Early Learning Centre (Preschool) waitlist. Please note: our ELC is extremely popular. Our ELC is at capacity for 2025 and 2026; however, you can make an application for future years.
A non-refundable application fee of $75 per child payable at this time.
