We enrol students into Kindergarten, Year 7 and Year 10 two years in advance of their commencement date. We enrol into all other grades year-round provided a vacancy exists.
1. Book a Tour
The first step is to visit us. It's important that families get to know us better, get a feel for our campus and to meet our students and staff.
2. Join the Waitpool
Complete our Registration Form to join the Waitpool for your desired grade and year of entry, and pay the $250 Application Fee.
For ELC families the Application Fee is $75.
We only enrol students from our waitlist. Successful submission of this form is not a guarantee of a place.

3. Complete the Enrolment Form
Once your child is on the Waitlist, our Enrolments Team will send you the full Enrolment Form to complete.
At this step, we may ask for more information about your child's medical or learning requirements.
We will also contact your child’s current school for information related to your child’s learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.
4. Meet and Greets
When we receive your completed Enrolment Form, our Team will review it and send you an invitation to a Meet and Greet with the Senior School Team.
The Meet and Greet is an opportunity for you to ask questions and for our Team to get to know your child better.
5. Letter of Offer
An offer of a place at HVGS may be made provided a vacancy exists, and the terms and conditions of enrolment have been met.
You will have 14 days to action the electronic Letter of Offer by signing it and paying the Enrolment Bond. Failure to do so, will result in your offer being withdrawn
Once you sign the Letter of Offer and pay the bond, we will send you a Confirmation of Enrolment(CoE). The enrolment is not finalised until you receive the CoE.
